Accessing your Website Control Panel.
In order to give you the fastest possible WordPress configuration at the lowest price, Flowji uses SiteGround servers to host your website.
You can log into your account here.
Once logged in, click on the Websites tab and then on Collaborations.

Once you’re on this tab, click on Site Tools to access the Website Control Panel.

Website support.
What to do if you have a website issue.
In order to provide the best 24/7 WordPress technical support to you, we outsource website support to SiteGround.
If your website is down or you’re experiencing some other issue, log into your hosting account to submit a support ticket.
Note, that support is provided for web hosting related issues, and not website development issues.
The SiteGround team will let you know whether you need to contact your developer to sort an issue.
Submitting a ticket.
Once logged into your account, click on the question mark in the top right corner and then click on View Help Centre.

Then click Contact Us in the top right corner.

Then select a category and proceed to Chat support (which is usually has less than a 5 minute wait time).

Email Support.
Due to configuration of SiteGround servers, email address management is handled by Flowji Support.
You can email Cathy via support@flowji.com with the details of your email accounts.
WordPress plugin support.
If you need plugins that are part of your package added to your website contact support@flowji.com.
